Graduate/Diploma/Technician Apprenticeship Eligibility Criteria:
I. MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate (Engineering/Non-Engineering) Apprentices:
- A degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a statutory university in the relevant discipline.
- A degree in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in the relevant discipline.
- Graduate examination of Professional bodies (Full time) recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.
Technician (Diploma Holders) Apprentices:
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a State Council or Board of Technical education established by a State Government in the relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by a University in the relevant discipline.
- A Diploma in Engineering or Technology (Full time) granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to the above.
II. OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates should have passed the qualifying exam in 2019/2020/2021/2022/2023.
- Candidate should not have undergone or currently be undergoing Apprenticeship Training in “Bhagwati Products Limited” or any other company.
- Should not have any pending academic backlogs.

Age limit will be followed as per Apprenticeship Rules.

Selection Process for Graduate/Diploma/Technician Apprentice
Selection will be based on the percentage of marks scored by the candidates in the qualifying Degree/Diploma.
a) Engineering Graduate & Technician Apprentices:
- The percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in Bachelor’s degree/Diploma and as awarded in the final qualifying examinations will be calculated based on the practice followed by the University/Institution from where the candidate has obtained the Degree/Diploma.
- In case the candidate is awarded grades/CGPA instead of marks, the percentage of marks will be based on the procedure followed by the University/Institutions from where he/she has obtained the Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma.
b) Non-Engineering Graduate: Selection will be based on the percentage of marks scored by the candidates in all the subjects in the Graduation Examination.

i. Degree Certificate/Diploma Certificate/Provisional Certificate. ii. Adhaar Card (Original & Xerox Copies) iii. Consolidated mark sheet (or) Semester-wise Mark sheet with both sides. iv. Copy of Bank Passbook Front page/Bank Cancelled cheque
